Works well and light weight so it can be lifted into place on the ladder. It is strong and I felt comfortable walking on it.

A little thin but works great
I needed a ladder that had grooves for traction and this was one of the few that offered it. The same style is sold elsewhere, this one just happened to get to me sooner.I don't particularly find this one slippery.At a span of 12 feet I find that this ladder has more deflection than I would prefer. It's about a 1/2 to 3/4 inch of deflection with 240lbs at the center. Not ideal, but sturdy enough. I wouldn't trust it enough to hold two men (400+ lbs), particularly if working in the center. Perhaps on each end..It's exactly what I needed to help bridge where I can walk while rebuilding a roof over trailers. Unfortunately I do notice the deflection because I'm always stepping on and off the plank.
