Likes: It was easy to assemble and use., The design is modern and visually appealing., The product is efficient and performs as described (or better).
Improvements: Customer service response time. If repair or replacement is needed, answers should be generated within 48 hours.
Left hanging??

I opted to replace the entire pump instead of only a motor. The design SEEMS awesome and the variable speed is a nice feature. The motor is very quiet. I love everything about the design and operation EXCEPT...

My issue is the very DAY I installed the pump the control screen went out. I could still control the features by "guessing" where the on/off & speed selector was for about a week. In email communications I indicated a fear that the controls would eventually stop working altogether.

An email response requested a video of the issue, which I provided a few days later.

Since then, the screen completely died and I've waited a week for a response from one of the technical support people. I currently have a water pump running at the bottom of the pool trying to keep enough water circulation to prevent a laboratory experiment from breaking out in my back yard.

Fifteen days and counting is not a way to build customer loyalty.

Improvements: Be able to turn screen off when not actively making adjustments.

Instruction manual is horrible. Unable to figure out if or how to turn off the screen when not making adjustments. The screen runs hot even at night. This is going to be a problem in the sun. It’s more than likely going to cause overheating and kill the screen. On a positive note pump is quite on low
Speed and seems to have good flow even on low.

Great Value for a 1.5HP Pump

For a 1.5HP pump, this performs really well. The circulation is strong and consistent, and it handles debris without clogging. The strainer basket is easy to access and clean. Works perfectly for my above-ground pool.

Quiet and Powerful

I was surprised by how quiet this pump is. It runs strong but doesn’t make much noise at all. My pool water looks clearer within just a couple of days. Definitely a solid choice if you want power without the noise.
