This Air Mover has run now continuously now for almost 2 weeks, and most likely to run another month. So far IT'S FLAWLESS .... venting out under a house, I'll update post if it changes in a month. Bet it does fine!! Great motor, heavy duty, lots of flow .... commercial grade. Five Stars
Tile guy here. Way better than I expected.Only thing is you might want to buy a tote to store the hose in (I got the 32’)But man considering buying an 8” fan with a 16’ hose for when I am using the grinder outside. I didn’t realize how well it would work.Also just as a fan alone when I am drying a pre float or anything it is POWERFULThe amount of airflow is insane.It’s a bit loud but I don’t *usually* keep it on for long.And if you are using it for a demo the jack hammer or vacuum will exceed the fans decibels.Compared to homedepot the value for your money is amazing.

I really appreciate the solid build quality of this 12 inch industrial ventilation fan the thick steel housing resists impact and denting while aluminum blades stay corrosion free in dusty damp and workshop conditions the whole unit runs smoothly with stable wind output
