Very firm, gr8 quality
This is by far the most comfortable couch I've ever been on! The material is soft, the couch itself is firm, yet soft it's been great for my back. I let my niece try it out and she said the same thing. I've already moved the couch to make it like a little bed a few times and fell asleep without realizing. Only downside is crumbs easily get in the grooves but nothing my vacuum can't solve.
