I had an upcoming dinner function at my house and we needed a food warming mat to keep various items warm/ hot. I saw this GARVEE Silicone 3rd Gen Food Warming Mat and liked its features. This heating pad was a generous 24” x 15” in size. This heating mat smartly incorporates Dual heating zones ( labeled A &B) that can be set to separate temperatures to suit the food being warmed. This amazing warming mat allows you to set 6 different temperature levels from 122F to 212F. There is a built-in 1 to 3 hour timer that is super convenient as it allows you to set and go. This heating mat weighs a mere 3.5 lbs. This makes it super portable. There is also a built-in safety auto shutoff. This mat is very pliable as it is made of food grade silicone and can be rolled tightly for storage in a compact fashion. This material composition also allows for easy cleaning. Your counters underneath will be protected from this heating pad as the pad is insulated. Additionally, the bottom of the pad is slip resistant to prevent accidental shifting of your food off the counter. This GARVEE 3rd generation heating mat is both waterproof and stain resistant for additional easy care features. The power cord also separates from the mat to make storage even more convenient. This heating mat incorporates a digital display that makes setting temps/timer precise and mistake free. With this mat you can heat ceramics, heat tolerant plastics, glass and stainless steel items. I was pleasantly surprised at how warm this mat gets. Its function just like you would expect, but I appreciate the different warming zones for different food. It is so very easy and intuitive to use a caveman could use it.The rubberized mat is high quality and spills clean easily with a rag and warm soapy water. The mat is large enough for several different dishes, but not so large that eats too much counter space.The heating mat is a good value for the money and is the perfect accessory for super bowl parties, pot lucks, etc.My only complaint (and its not the company's fault) is that our cat wanted to lay on the mat when it was on, and shoved the food out of her way. Jerk cat!

Unlike my first mat, this one works and gets hot. The dual zone feature is especially useful because you can heat different dishes at different temperatures so i really like that part.It heats up quickly and maintains a steady warmth and you can always adjust the temp too.I like that it is easy to use and does not require a complicated setup. You just plug it in, select your settings, and it is ready to go. The surface is smooth and an easy to clean silicone. It also feels sturdy and well made, not flimsy or cheap. I like that the botton is grided which allows for airflow so that it doesn’t overheat.The mat has some weight to it but nothing unbearable and stores easily. It works well for everyday dinners, gatherings, and even holidays when you need to keep several dishes warm at the same time.My main reason for giving four stars instead of five is the price. It works very well, but it is definitely more expensive than basic warming mats(I'm talking double to triple the price for this size and function). Also, I wish the cord was a little longer for better placement on the table.

Such a great addition to our large family style serving for keeping dinner warm as it’s ready or to keep food warm without using sterno’s and hot water, for get togethers.Simple to use. Sized perfectly for a counter or stove top with a large storage capacity. The silicon is quality made and extremely easy to clean.The two separate heating components make it great so easy to set different temperatures.The strap is well secured and makes it easy to store in the included storage bag.An overall great value for the money.
