The directions could be better.

As a woman trying to put this item together, it was difficult. The item was heavy, but not to fear. I assembled it on the floor, and when the need to prop the ends up arose, I brought in some 2 X 4s and improvised. However, I put the ends on backwards--no surprise. After a couple days, I took the ends off and turned them around. But, I found a wonderful multi allen wrench tool in my toolbox that also worked at a 90 degree angle, and got the job done. I am delighted with the product once assembled correctly. The directions could be better.

Likes: The product is efficient and performs as described (or better).
Improvements: The weight and difficulty of the assembly, as simple as it may seem to you, was harder than I expected. It took my wife and I, and she is an engineer, both of us struggling to get it done. Not a good thing. But the product itself serves exactly what we wanted. I recognize that you have weight products, but that might’ve been a more thoughtful way of assembly.
