Garvee Heavy-Duty 3-Tier Rolling Welding Equipment Cart

Consolidate your entire welding setup into one agile, mobile workstation. The Garvee 3-Tier Heavy Duty Welding Cart is engineered for professional fabricators and active hobbyists who demand immediate access to their machinery, gas cylinders, and hand tools. Weighing a manageable 26.46 lbs, this high-tensile structural steel frame effortlessly transports full-sized welding power sources right to the job site.

Advanced Workshop Mobility & Storage

🏋️ Commercial 400 lbs Rated Steel Construction

Heavy inverter welding units and gas tanks require robust framing. Our welding trolley is constructed from reinforced metal sheets designed to hold a static load capacity of 400 lbs and smoothly roll under a 370 lbs dynamic weight load. The durable black powder finish provides superior resistance to sparks, rust, and oil spills.

📦 Intelligent 3-Layer Storage Layout

Say goodbye to workspace clutter. The top tier features an ergonomic slope that gives you an optimal view and easy access to machine control dials. The two large lower shelves provide expansive storage areas for your welding masks, angle grinders, wire brushes, and replacement nozzles, keeping your tools right within arm's reach.

🔒 Secure Tank Bay with Dual Metal Chains

Transporting heavy gas cylinders around a busy shop requires reliable safety measures. The built-in rear storage deck is perfectly shaped to cup industrial gas tanks, including oxygen and acetylene. Two integrated steel safety chains wrap securely around the tanks, preventing tipping, sliding, or accidental drops during movement.

🛞 High-Clearance 360-Degree Swivel Casters

Maneuver tightly crowded garage floors with confidence. The cart rolls on two responsive 360-degree front swivel casters paired with two rugged, large rear wheels. Guided by a raised structural tilt handle, this layout minimizes steering effort and lets you guide the trolley seamlessly over heavy cables and floor cracks.

Multi-Process Industrial Versatility

Providing seamless integration for major welding techniques, this mobile workstation trolley is fully optimized for:

  • MIG & Flux-Core Systems: Safely stores heavy wire feeder units along with bulk replacement wire spools on the lower shelves.
  • TIG Inverters & Torches: Features clean side-clearances for neatly hanging lines, grounding clamps, and electrode leads.
  • Plasma Cutters & Gas Outfits: Supports high-density power packs and heavy replacement cutting shields for quick turnarounds.

Good Value

This welding cart came well-packaged and arrived without any damage. Assembly was quick and easy. The included hardware is exactly what’s needed for assembly, with no extra pieces, and no tools are provided. The nuts and bolts use a 10mm wrench. The instruction manual is step-by-step and includes helpful illustrations for each stage of assembly. This welding cart is sized perfectly for smaller, modern inverter-based welding equipment, such as MIG welders, TIG welders, and plasma cutters. The middle and bottom trays provide storage for electrodes, filler rod, a spare stinger, and welding tools. Welding gas cylinders are secured using the chains on the rear of the cart. A hanger on each side provides convenient storage for welding leads and helps keep the power cord off the ground. While the raised handle is a nice feature and I like having it, some larger machines may not fit with it. I lowered the handle to a flat position by drilling a couple of additional holes. I also would have liked to see a pair of half-round saddles for holding welding gas cylinders, especially when using larger tanks.Overall, it’s a decent welding cart, and the price is fair for what you’re getting. If I needed another welding cart, I would consider this one.

Slightly narrow but useful

I like that this cart is fairly tall, so that one does not need to bend or kneel deeply for many things, and that it has three shelves, so that in theory it can hold more equipment. However, I find slight regret that it isn't very spacious in its surface area. It is 11" wide, just short of being able to hold a compact stick welder and a compact wire welder side by side, at least with the welder models that I have. The top shelf is large enough and deep enough to hold an older, much larger wire welder, and the lower shelf is just barely long enough to hold an older, larger (but compact for its day) stick welder, if I put a board under it so that the clamp and electrode cables aren't resting on the narrow rim of the bottom tray. If I were to use recent highly compact welders, it would be nice, with just another couple of inches or more of width, to be able to put two of them side by side on the top shelf, each having a bracket at the same level to hold their cords, plus a welding mask on one side, as shown in one image. Then, the rest of the shelves would have lots more space for supplies and protective gear. As it is, it is sort of a make-do cart where I can just manage to carry those older, larger machines on separate shelves and pack support supplies as best they will fit, mostly on the center shelf, which is the shortest of the shelves. This cart is useful, to be sure, but just a little more shelf space could make it very much more useful. I can use it specifically as described, in any case.

Sturdy Cart with Useful Storage Space

This cart ended up being really useful for organizing equipment and tools. The shelves provide plenty of room for supplies and the wheels make moving heavier equipment much easier. Assembly took some time but overall it feels sturdy once put together.Pros:• Good amount of storage space• Wheels roll smoothly• Helps organize equipment and tools• Sturdy construction once assembled• Compact footprint for garages/workspaces• Makes equipment easier to moveCons:• Assembly required• Instructions could be clearer• Heavier items may require balancing placementOverall, this is a practical cart that makes storage and mobility much easier.

Sturdy; everything lines up

Well made, and very sturdy. The instructions were minimal and the diagrams very small, but they were easy enough to follow. One of the things I liked was that all the small screws were the same size. The 4 large bolts were obviously for holding the handle on. Everything went on with flat washer, lock washer and nut. The holes all lined up properly. So why did I give this a "4" instead of a "5"? Because the very first step was to slide the axel through a tube that is already mounted on the bottom of the bottom shelf, and the tube was bent at the end so the axel would not go through. I had to get a long nosed plyers to bend the tube open. Second, the picture shows the large wheels backwards. If you put the wheels on wrong, then the there is not enough axel to put the washer and cotter pin on, also if you put the wheels wrong, then they rub against the bottom shelf. The only other note I have on the assembly is that you need to take the rubber caps off the handle in order to be able to get the bolts through the handle to mount it on the cart. Once the handle is mounted, then you can push the caps back on. This is a very sturdy cart, and there are lots of bolts holding it together.
