The cooling mode does the heavy lifting, but I’ve also been using the dehumidifier setting on those gross sticky days and it helps the room feel so much more comfortable instead of swampy. The fan mode is nice too when you just want airflow without blasting cold air nonstop.The remote control has already become one of those “where did I put it now?” household items because everyone keeps grabbing it. I also like the LED display and timer feature because I can set it before bed or before the room heats up in the afternoon. It’s one of those purchases that immediately becomes part of your daily routine.Noise level is reasonable too. It’s definitely there, but more like steady background sound than anything obnoxious. I’ve worked in the room while it’s running and even watched TV out there without needing subtitles for my own life.Biggest thing for me is that the sunroom finally feels usable again. Before this, it was basically a seasonal decoration from June through August. Now it honestly feels closer to a three-season room… maybe even four on the milder days. We’re actually sitting out there again instead of avoiding it like punishment.Really happy with this one. It made a bigger difference in our home than I expected from a portable AC unit.
