Great Gazebo Once Built, But Assembly Instructions Need Work

I picked up this 8x5 Grill Gazebo to cover my gas grill on the back patio, and after a full grilling season under it I have a lot to say. The overall build quality is genuinely impressive for the price. The powder-coated steel frame feels solid and has held up well through wind, rain, and plenty of direct sun without any rust or wobble. The double-tiered vented roof is the standout feature for me because smoke actually escapes instead of hanging around your face while you cook, which was a constant frustration with my old setup. The fire-resistant polyester canopy feels durable and has not faded noticeably despite months of UV exposure. The adjustable side awnings are a great touch too, letting you block the sun or light rain at three different angles depending on where it is in the sky. The two side shelves give you just enough workspace for a plate, tongs, and a drink, and the included hooks and bottle opener are small additions that actually get used. The LED lights were a pleasant surprise and make evening grilling totally doable without setting up a separate lamp. That said, the assembly process was more frustrating than it needed to be. Some of the parts were mislabeled in the instruction booklet, meaning certain poles and brackets were called out by the wrong letter or number codes, which caused a fair amount of backtracking and confusion. I ended up having to rely on the diagrams alone and essentially ignore the written labels, which added probably an extra hour to the whole process. If you go into it knowing that the instructions can be inconsistent and you focus on the pictures rather than the part labels, you will get there. It took me and a second person about three hours total, which feels longer than it should have been given the size of the structure. Once it was up though, everything fit together well and felt sturdy. I would recommend this gazebo to anyone who grills regularly and wants proper shade and ventilation, just go in with patience for the assembly step and maybe watch a video walkthrough beforehand to avoid the same headaches I ran into.

Nice product

There’s no problem with the product. I just ordered it by mistake.

Perfect For Any Grill Setup

I love to BBQ, and with summer basically here in Florida, this has been perfect for grilling outside. The extra awnings are my favorite part because they extend out and give more shade than a basic grill canopy. It also stays in place - even when the wind picks up a little. The shelves and hooks are really convenient for keeping utensils, plates, seasonings, or whatever else I’m using right there instead of running back and forth. It gives the grill area a cleaner setup and makes cooking outside feel easier. Definite upgrade if you grill a lot and want some shade without taking up a ton of space.

Provides a lot of shade and is very easy to move around

I picked this up to give me some shade on the west side deck I have that we grill out on.The tent comes well packaged and protected from damage with all the metal in protective bags. The tent parts are all separated away as well the pack of hardware being easily identified. It took me a few hours to get this built and then moved out of my garage to the deck. Several times I had parts on backwards or the holes in the wrong spot as the instruction are poorly written for a universal language but does not give enough detail. The side tent goes up and down easily and locks into place. Heat escapes the top and I have plenty of ventilation while still remaining in the shade when my grill is going.Overall this is fairly good tent and should last a few seasons outside. The lower tent can be removed for winter but I don't see how to remove the top part without tipping it over. It would have been nice to have the lower legs removable for storage but it does not.
