Unit is Quite & comfortable

These split units work great to install isn’t that simple i huger a pro paid 500 per unit

Undersized electrical tail included.

So far, so good. I installed this yesterday and it works fine. It is very no-frills in its feature set, but it heats and cools (although I think the thermostat is about 5 degrees higher than actual temperature.My one serious concern is that it was shipped with an electrical tail that is way undersized. Based on the specs, this unit should be run on a 25amp 115v circuit. The included tail was 14awg wire and it needs 10awg for safe operation.DO NOT use the included tail. It would be better not to include that than to send it under sized. This creates a potential hazard.

Honestly, this AC is pure excellence.

All I can say is I’m so glad I got the GARVEE 9000 BTU from this company via Garvee—it works beautifully every day. Everything the website promises, it delivers—no exceptions. Want strong cooling? It gets nice and cold. Need heat? It stays consistently warm. It’s exactly what I need—total perfection.I had a small hiccup at first, though: an installation issue. I contacted customer service, and they were way more helpful than I thought—walked me through each step, took care of what was needed, and made sure I loved the AC. No need to go through Garvee, either—they handled everything directly.They just gave top-notch service, plus an amazing AC. I gave them 5 stars—if I could give 10, I would in a heartbeat. I’ll absolutely buy from this company again, and I’d 100% get this GARVEE AC again too.
