These rugs are made of a light plastic weave and provide a comfortable and durable outdoor rug for a variety of uses. This is a nice addition to our patio. It also provides a clean and comfortable mat to walk on while enjoying the patio, even if it gets wet underneath. This feature is so nice for humans and for our dogs as they also seem to like the surface as well. One of the nicest things about these rugs is that they are reversible, providing a whole different look if wanted, or if you are using them camping, you can flip them over if one side gets dirty. These mats are very light, owing to the nature of the plastic weave, which makes them easily transportable, and they have proven to be water repellent. These mat rugs dry quickly and seem to be good quality. Because they are light and flexible, please note that the dip you see at the end of the rug in the picture is because the main body of the rug is lying on mats underneath. That one spot along the end is a channel. It is not a flaw in the rug.We are a little less thrilled with the brown pattern, as the colors are so muted, but in the right setting I think this rug would be stunning. For use while camping or for other outdoor use, it should look fine.We found that they need to be stretched out for a while to allow the wrinkles to soften and for the plastic to relax. The travel cover that they come in is perfect for transportation, but you might need to roll them up to help get rid of the wrinkles. They don’t quite look like they do in the pictures when they are laid out. We have not yet tried rolling them up ourselves, so we will give that a try to see how that works. Also, because they are light, they can be easily blown by the wind, so you need to consider some kind of anchor if you are using this outdoors in windy conditions.For the price, these reversible outdoor rugs by GARVEE provide good value for the money and could be just the thing you need for versatility and your family lifestyle.

I love its versatility. This outdoor rug is perfect for parks, camping, and beaches. The drying time is pretty quick, especially now that it’s hot outside. It is easy to clean because you can just wash it down with the hose and for messy your cases hose in a broom. The size is excellent. I’m a family of five and we all fit on their perfectly. The appearance is nice cause it’s double-sided. You can use the lighter side or the darker side whatever fits your need in style. The value in this is that it holds away and storage is easy because it fits in the little box if you’re traveling. I love the durability because it allows for a comfy seating without rocks or thorns poking through.

This GARVEE 8'x10' outdoor rug will work great for my back yard patio - once I can get it out there! I love that this is reversible with VERY neutral colors on both sides - brown and medium tan (the listing calls it "brown and coffee" but I think of those as the same). I got it out of its box this morning and went outside planning to lay it down on my lawn (since the patio is only half done so far) - but it was SNOWING so I just laid down as much as I could on the front porch. I already have a checked-pattern rug on the porch so I don't need this one there, but it's a large space to see it, anyway.I actually don't like the texture of these outdoor rugs - they are plastic straw rugs, so they don't feel too nice when you touch them - but they are fine for walking on! They also work just fine on patios and look quite good once they have furniture down on them, which mine will this summer. My patio furniture is tan, green, and white, so this rug will work well with those colors; I will also have a large grill on the rug but I also have a grill mat for that, which can of course go right on top of this rug. It arrives in a box so it has lots of deep creases, but its instructions actually tell you to simply fold the creases the opposite way and they will soon disappear - I have a couple other straw rugs and they are fine after a day or two. This is also EASILY washable with a hose, which of course is a great quality for outdoor rugs.My first photo shows the rug on my porch, but I couldn't lay it down fully without moving all the furniture and the regular rug I have on that side of the porch, so this will have to do. The second photo just shows the snow in the background - I hope it will be gone soon and if it is, I will try to snap another photo of this on the lawn!At $59.99 (as of 4/7/26) for an outdoor rug of this size, it's a decent value. I will enjoy using it on my back yard patio once it really IS spring (again)!

GARVEE outdoor rugs are wonderful! I recently received this teal 8x10 scalloped waterproof outdoor rug to test. It arrived well-packaged in shrink wrap, a carrying zippered bag and encased in a cardboard shipping box.Set up was easy: remove the outer packaging and lie flat on a hard surface. If any pointed creases are too pronounced, the instructions say to gently fold them the opposite way until they flatten out.The material of the rug is thick and made of plastic. It provides some comfort on hard surfaces. The mat is eco-friendly, water proof and UV resistant. Included in the packaging are four metal stakes to secure the mat to the ground if used at the beach or while camping or picnicking. The reversible rug easily folds back up for and fits securely in storage bag (provided) when not in use. The bold/bright colors are perfect to brighten up any outdoor space.Overall, we adore our new outdoor rug and look forward to getting many years of use out of it. Would highly recommend!
