Wow.I cannot say enough good things about this auto-cleaning litter box.I ordered this because I catch and hold local strays pending either TNR or shelter placement/eventual homes. I’ve never had cats before, so I had no idea how strong the odor from a traditional litter box could be.When this arrived, I was shocked at its size. This is a big boy. I was worried about setup, but it took a total of 10 minutes using the included (laminated!) instructions (what a fantastic idea, by the way, to laminate the directions and the “key” to the control buttons).I don’t use Wi-Fi by choice in my home — all internet connections are hard-wired — so I appreciated that this unit can also be operated manually with a button press.The current stray had no problem at all using it the very first day it was placed in the enclosure. In fact, she slept in it (ew but also awwww). I had to remove her from it that first morning and after that she understood it was a super cool litter box and not a “house.”The smell in my carport is dramatically reduced — to the point that I no longer notice it. I cannot even express the joy this brings me. I am a person who loves animals AND has sensory sensitivities around odors, so there was a real tension in my life — tolerate the odors with absolute disgust for the sake of the cats, or have an odor-free carport but let the cats fend for themselves in the wild? Now I don’t have to make an impossible choice.I LOVE THIS item and could not recommend it more highly.

It takes a little effort to get your cats to go near the box, but once they start using it, the freedom the automatic litter box offers is WONDERFUL.To get my cats to use the box without the power on, I first put in litter from their old box and did not put the legs on the unit until they were using the new box. I left it that way for 2 days. Then I put the legs on the unit, but still did not power the box up for 2 more days. Finally, I turned it on, and they use it, and I LOVE IT!!!

This self-cleaning litter box has been a really solid upgrade at home. The biggest difference is how much time it saves day to day. No more constant scooping, it handles everything on its own and keeps the area looking clean with minimal effort. The large capacity is a big plus too. It doesn’t need to be emptied nearly as often as expected, which makes it super convenient. The waste drawer slides out easily, and swapping the bags is quick and simple. The included roll of garbage bags was a nice bonus to get started. The app control ended up being more useful than expected. It’s nice being able to check activity or get alerts without having to walk over and look. It’s straightforward and actually adds value without being complicated. Another thing that stands out is the safety features. It feels well designed, and the sensors work properly, so there’s no worry about it running while the cat is inside. Transitioning was smoother than expected too, no issues getting the cat comfortable using it. Overall, it keeps things cleaner, cuts down on odors, and makes daily life a lot easier. Definitely worth it if you want something low-maintenance that actually does what it’s supposed to.
