It’s a rubber (like tires) construction and heavy, which is great. I did not need to drill holes in my garage floor to secure it. I did marked the floor to ensure I could reposition it back as it will likely move over time.

The bar is well build with rubber. It comes with a few screws which can be installed easily with the instructions given.

As the parking lot did not provide Garage Floor Stopper, I purchased this Garage Floor Stopper for safety reasons. The effect after installation is great. The length and width are suitable. Now every time I park, I feel more secure and no longer worry about accidentally stepping on the wrong accelerator and hitting the wall.
