So what makes this set neat is the fact you get the rectangle and round chafing dish. The quality of these is good but not great. The lids have plastic handles instead of metal like other dishes I own. The edges are rolled so there are no sharp edges which is good. They have a mirror finish that looks good but is harder to keep flawless. The stainless steel is a suitable gauge but again I have others that are thicker. The fuel holders are your simple pots that work well. The stands fold flat making storage easy without taking up a lot of space. Clean up is easy as they are dishwasher safe but you will want to dry them as soon as possible to prevent spotting that can be tricky to remove. Also to keep the mirror finish looking new. So you get a neat set with a round and rectangle dish that will keep your best dishes at a good temperature so that no one gets a serving that is cold.

Used these for a birthday party and they were perfect. The 8 qt pan held a big tray of pasta and the 5 qt round was great for sides. Stainless feels thick, not flimsy, and they were easy to put together and toss in the dishwasher afterward.
