I'm really enjoying this GARVEE electric heated blanket. What sets it apart for me is the combination of a furry, cozy fabric on top and a smoother material on the underside. It’s also quite substantial in weight and thickness, even without the heating element turned on, so it already provides a nice layer of warmth. The generous 90 x 90 size covers my queen size bed and looks like a comforter.The standout feature is definitely the wireless remote. It makes adjusting the temperature and timer so much more convenient than reaching over to find the controller attached to the power cord. The display is clear and illuminated, it's simple to operate, and the batteries are included.From the remote, I can control both the left and right heating zones, perfect if you and your partner prefer different levels of warmth, set a timer for up to ten hours, and power the blanket on and off.It heats up quickly and maintains a consistent temperature throughout use.While the blanket is machine washable, it’s still new to me, so I can’t yet comment on how it holds up after laundering.Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the fabric, the convenience of the wireless remote, and the reliable heating performance.

It comes with a wall plug in, and a large remote control (so NOT easily lost), for managing the heat levels and timing features. This blanket will warm up to 118° and has 6 heat settings, that can be set up with a timer 1H-10H of use. The blanket feels very durable and is a great value! This is the first heated blanket I've ever had, and only having experienced a couple prior to this, I'd happily put this one in the upper echelon. It's got a great weight to it without making it unbearable, and the faux fur on it is wonderfully soft. It is listed as a queen, but it has no problem fitting our king, so points for extra sizing. The controller it comes with is very easy to navigate, and boy oh boy does the heat get cranking. It's hard for me to put it higher than a 2 setting, but that's just me - my wife will put it on 5 with no problems, so even though it's hot, it doesn't burn.
