The hitch arrived a little battered - just cosmetic paint damage. It is going on a tractor so that doesn’t worry me too much, but thought I would mention it.The inside of the 2” hitch has a pronounced weld seam, but it did not interfere with use.The top ball is only 1 7/8” but that makes sense as the weight rating of the tow hitch is only 3,000 pounds.I like that this bitch has mounting sockets for a hay spear and stabilizers, but the spears themselves cost quite a bit and a kit that includes them might be more cost-effective if you need that.This is usable on a Cat 2 hitch, but the top link is a tight fit in my case.Easy to put together and use, and even handled a hitch mounted ripper shank.
The 3-point system makes it easy to secure the hitch to my tractor. No problems with attachment or detachment, even under heavy stress.
I’ve tested this hitch with some heavy loads, and it handles everything effortlessly. Definitely a top-quality product.
This hitch worked perfectly with my trailer. The construction is solid, and I appreciate the extra gooseneck ball option.
