The bar that goes all the way across on the last piece you assemble (The bottom of the chair) goes along the front facing part of the chair. The directions a vague but only took my husband about 15 minutes per chair to assemble. Even better that we got the pair for 50% off!
Really sturdy and easy to put together. Good quality too!
The chairs are great. I really like them. The issue is the instructions. While the seat, back and arms went together without issue, the base was a real pain in the neck. A clear photo could have made all the difference. Once you know, the second chair goes together quickly. The packaging was well done and they were delivered on the day promised.
These are very comfortable and easy to put together. A great addition to my patio.
