I've only had it a day, so I'll update if needed, but so far I'm very pleased for the price. I was really afraid that something would be majorly wrong because it's so much cheaper than the chairs I was looking at in person from furniture stores.It was easy to put together, and everything seems to be working.It's not the softest, but it's comfortable enough. The built-in cup holders are nice.There's just a pull tab to lift the leg part, which I've never seen before, but it works. I'm 5'6" and my feet hang off a little when the leg part is up, so it might not be great for tall people.As someone else mentioned, the "massage" is really just kind of a light vibration, so definitely don't get it if you're looking for an actual massage chair. I think I'd probably get a little nauseous from it after more than a couple minutes, but I was just looking for a recliner, so it's not a big issue for me. The heat function seems to work.Last week I bought a basic electric recliner from a furniture store for a little over twice the price, and that was on clearance because it was a floor model. When it got delivered, it wouldn't turn on and they took it back, so I had to find a replacement because I'd already gotten rid of my old recliner. This chair isn't quite as comfy and doesn't have the electric up/down leg part of the other recliner, but again, it's less than half the price! For this price, I'm okay with manually lifting the leg piece. So far, it seems like a steal.

Overall, I’m really happy with this recliner chair. It was super easy to put together, I had it set up in no time without any hassle. Delivery was also much faster than expected, which was a nice surprise.The only downside is the “massage” feature. It doesn’t actually massage like a real massage chair it just vibrates. It’s still a nice added touch for a little relaxation, but it’s not what I was expecting.Aside from that, it’s comfortable, looks great, and does exactly what I need. I’d definitely recommend it, just keep your expectations in check for the massage feature.

I just got it last night I'm 6'4 it fits me very wet the heat the vibration I don't want to get up . But yes I love it came in one box. I was like I know that big chair not in the box but it was. Took me awhile to put it together but it was fun wish I would of took pictures. But great chair
