This full body red light therapy mat is amazing. I am so happy that I purchased this. It is quite a serious investment, but my chiropractor’s office was charging $60 per session for a 30 minute treatment. It is so hard to make an appointment and drive to the doctor’s office just to use their device. I did the math and decided to invest in having a home red light therapy unit and keep it in our extra “workout” room with our treadmill and miscellaneous weights. It is so easy to use. Each mat comes with its own power source and remote. You just plug it in, turn it on and close your eyes for a mini nap. Speaking of power source… this unit is very well built and legit. The power packs remind me of the chargers for our e-bikes. I recommend that you unplug them after each use, just to keep things safe. I am almost six feet tall and fit onto this easily. The two pads can zip together, but I just use it as a blanket and cover my body to get the same effect. If you do decide to zip them together, it kind of looks like a sleeping bag when you go camping. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. It is very high quality, FDA approved, and super easy to use. No more having to drive to the doctor’s office for treatment. It will pay for itself in no time.

I use my blankets every day after the gym for 30 minutes and I never feel sore anymore and it makes me feel very relaxed and my skin looks healthy - my only concern is after only 5 weeks a I have a patch of burned out lights and am not sure how to fix them - hoping the seller gives me some guidance

I love this red light therapy bed. It is super long super wide. It has five different levels of brightness. It has settings that you can pulse. And then it goes up to 90 minutes before it turns off. come on let’s go. I lay on it in the morning and at night while I'm doing my stretches and some yoga.

Love it! This has helped me tremendously after my car accident.
