Let me start by saying I had previously purchased a cheaper, different branded, red light therapy device thinking it would be the same. However, it was not. I am so glad I returned the cheaper option and purchased a Roobi red light. The Roobi is so much brighter than the cheaper alternatives. Also, the build quality is much better. This light feels like it is made from quality materials and it is very solid. I love the option to set different timer durations for the red light and near infrared light options. It takes the hassle out of using both options. I usually run the near infrared light a few minutes longer to get extra exposure to the deeper penetrating light.
