Shipping: came 2 days earlier than expectedPackaging: nothing was damaged, the running boards were protected nicely in plastic and foam.Assembly / Installation: Im not a mechanic or knowledgeable about trucks so I was relying heavily on the directions. The directions were very clear and simple with pictures to follow along with. I got 3 mounting brackets per side (6 total) and directions had me place 2 up front and 1 towards the rear of the vehicle.Installation on my first side took about 30 / 40 mins to understand how it all connects together. After the first side was completed. I finished my second side of the truck in less than 10 mins.1 complaint is that I wish they sent 4 brackets total instead of 3 per side because stepping down on the running board you do feel a tiny bit of movement. (I felt movement being a fully grown man weighing about 220. But my mom who is only 5’5 and maybe 120 lbs did not feel any movement) While standing on the running board. If you jump on or off the running board the brackets will hold strong, but I think I just focused where I was missing a bracket. If I jump up and down on the area by the front doors (where 2 brackets were installed it’s solid)Directions: 5/5 stars.Product: 5/5 stars.Quality: 5/5 starsInstall: 5/5 stars.Functionality & purpose: 4/5 just because my fata** felt a tiny bit of movement.
