The best thing I ever purchased! If you're thinking about getting one definitely get this! I have two cats and they never had a problem getting used to it it is silent. The app is a little confusing but figured it out pretty quick. Easy setup easy use I do have to wipe it down once a day but not having to deal with cat litter everyday I'll gladly wipe it down. I couldn't really find a way that my cat could get harmed in the process of using this even if they were just curious and looking around while it was moving.All the gears are covered up so they can't get pinched.

The shipment came in super fast and it's well packed. Getting this Open-Top automatic litter box is for one of my cats which is gigantic size. Honestly, this make my life much easier, I had problem with the close up one every time when I change or refill the cat litter, but this is super easy, just simple pouring the litter in from the wide open space. Although it's wide open, I don't smell any unwanted scents from the machine, great odor control. With the user friendly apps, I can setup all my preferences to keep check of my cats weight. Especially likes the litter mat which placed under the cat litter, it's waterproof and scratch proof, I can just take it out and wash it when I change cat litter. Overall, me and my cats like this automatic litter box, it's easy to use, easy to clean, and super efficient.

This automatic litter box was easy to set up, works great, and I love that it sends notifications for everything—when my cats use it, when it’s time to change the bag, and more. It’s cute, convenient, and affordable compared to other automatic litter boxes.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because the inside gets dirty pretty easily after cleaning cycles, so I have to wipe it down often, and sometimes urine sticks to the edges.

Other than that, it’s definitely worth the purchase, and I would recommend it.

UPDATE, this company has reach out to me and my concerns that I had been dealing with. They offer and gave a full refund. Their customer service is above most companies. I am sorry to say I am not overly impressed. It came packaged well and arrived in a timely manner. Put it all together and does work, but it doesn't weigh my cat right at all, that is when it decides to work in auto mode. It does work if I push the button and I get notices that its off line a few times a day. I had high hopes, followed this brand and watched it work. But mine does not work like the commercials. My cat has no problem using it, she likes it. But I was really hoping that the auto mode would work like on the advertisements. I think i tried everything. I don't want to take it from my girl cause she liked it right away. So I don't know what to do.
