OK this box is MASSIVE lol. It doesn't even need the black plastic part that snaps over the box really, it's plenty tall as it is. I have a cranky old man who, despite being neutered, sometimes likes to pseudo spray (meaning he aims straight back rather than squatting down), a tall box like this is perfect for him.I've noticed nothing sticks to this box which is incredible. My friends with stainless steel boxes always told me this, I had to experience it myself to believe it.No complaints here, this is a great litter box. I'm hoping it will last longer than our usual plastic boxes that need to replaced every two years due to being scratched up and beyond cleaning.

My 15 cats agree that this is a really nice litter box. Most stainless steel boxes are somewhat shallow sided until you add the plastic side onto them. This one uses a high-sided stainless steel pan with just a shallow plastic added side.It is a very nice size, very sturdy, and easy to clean and scoop, far superior to the plastic ones I used to use that would bend and contort while being carried. It is a little pricey, but like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.The added bonus of the welcoming mat is effective at reducing the litter in the room spread by wandering paws.
