5 stars for sturdiness.. Maybe I was the unfortunate buyer because mine came with some minor scratches and dent.. I still kept it given the price..Anyways pretty easy to setup.. The fun part is the removal of the protective film… If you have kids, let them do it.. they will play fun with it.. Because you as an adult is likely going to get frustrated removing the film.
The table arrived with several scratches, which were visible through the protective film. Some of these scratches suggest that the table may have been previously assembled and returned. Or the metal components might have caused the scratches by sliding against each other, as they were all placed together in the larger part of the table and bubble-wrapped as a whole, rather than individually. The material does seem to scratch easily. Despite these issues, the table itself is quite nice and serves its purpose well.
My husband absolutely loves this table for his shop. He puts the tools he needs for his projects on the cart and lower shelf then and easily moves them around to where he is working.
I was specifically looking for a table with a lower shelf, and this one doesn't disappoint. It's not an afterthought – it's solid and welded in place. It's going to be perfect for storing sheet pans, mixing bowls, or toolboxes, keeping the main workspace completely clear. A super functional design.
