I started buying washable rugs after adopting an old cat who pukes a lot. I was tired of pulling out my little carpet cleaner everyday. It truly is a relief to throw an actual rug in the wash and have your floor looking good again.I have several different brands of washable rugs, including two others from GARVEE. Like those two, this tiger print runner is silky soft and has great grip on the bottom. The stitching around the edges is solid and I’ve had no trouble with fraying.GARVEE rugs are thin, which means you can get a larger size and actually fit it in the wash. For thicker washable rugs, you have to go with smaller sizes. So, if ease of washing is an attraction to you, the thinness of this rug is an asset. It also means the wrinkles take some time to relax. Most relax within a day or two, but some need to be walked on for a week or so.I love the width of this runner. Most of the hallway runners I come across are thin and look a little silly in my hallway. This one fills up much more of the space.If you haven’t tried them before, I’d recommend a washable runner for a high traffic area like the hallway. It’s an easy way to keep things looking fresh.
I wasn’t sure I’d like this runner, but the 2'6" x 8' in green looks even better in person and fits my hall perfectly. It’s not a thick rug;more of a thin mat, but it’s soft underfoot, true to size, and has a non-slip backing so it stays put.I love that it’s machine washable, and unlike similar mats I’ve tried, it had no creases when I removed it from the package. The vintage/tribal tiger-print pattern is unusually attractive and works with my decor.I paid $45.99, and for a well-made, washable runner that looks great, I think that’s very good value. Five stars from me. I'm pleasantly surprised and happy with this purchase.

We ordered the 9 x 12 size not fully knowing how big it is but absolitely love the soft material of the rug. Only reason for the 4 star is the rug comes folded tight which leaves creases; hope there is a better way of shipping these around. Great quality and color on the overall rug. Really lights up the space.
